The Science

The science behind BrightStar Reader™ is the result of multidisciplinary research and development over the last 20 years by Saul Kullok and his son Jose.  An earlier clinical version of the technology aimed at alleviating some of the challenges associated with reading difficulties has been in the market for the better part of a decade in Europe, the UK and the United States.

BrightStar Reader™ is based on principles of neurology, neuroplasticity and their relationship to the autonomic or visceral nervous system (ANS).  As you will see in this section, the science of the brain and how it functions and develops have changed dramatically over the last few decades.  Much of this change was envisioned by the Kulloks decades before that.
